Hi Alexandria!
It's been long time since I've posted this. If you read it carefully you can tell that I have not seen the movie yet. I live in Boston, Massachusetts, and Green Card's grande premiere was in Miami, Fl. All I can say is that I'm very sorry that the movie did not meet your needs.
I heard, I read on "belfim" etc...but I can't judge something that I haven't seen myself.
Things happen in life (C'est pourquoi la vie a des hauts et des bas, yon jou bon, yon jou pa bon).
As a woman I know how to cook, and people love my cooking, but sometimes I do wrong like everybody else. For exemple, Christmas 2006, we were having a family "reveillon" over my sister's house, and guess what?
Tout moun di se Carline ki pou fè manje bla bla bla, as a result of that, I wasn't feeling well that day, and the food wasn't really my usual presentation, sa vle di pa bon. I still believe in Jean Gardy because the guy can think and realize good things.
Let's not do and say negative things towards him, he'll be discouraged, and that's not good for us. I am not trying to be on his side (I know people will get on me for that) but I'm beeing realistic.

So honey, again I am sorry that this time Jean Gardy did something that the public did not appreciate, but please give him a chance to repair his errors since he his not the only one. There are a lot of horrible movies outside, no one say nothing about them. I, myself, after spending 10 minutes watching a movie, and this particular movie does not retain my attention, I just pull it out, and that is it. Part of your comment is justified, like the oscar and awards things etc...
Anyway you didn't come in a bad manner, you just say what you have to say, and I really really like that.
