Leon Dimanche Songs Echo in Manhattan

Leon Dimanche brings down the house again.

Saturday, June 16th,2007 the picturesque West End Church echoed with Haitian gospel songs and music.

Leon Dimanche, his strong baritone voiced Agoe, Va Ten au Diable, Haiti, Open My Eyes Lord, Shalom Jerusalem and shook the gothic walls and spilled thru' open windows into the crowded summer streets of Amsterdam stopping many curious
passersby and making them listen to beautiful sounds and making some venture inside inquiring what music that was they heard outside.

A proud moment for any Haitian to behold.

Thank you Leon Dimanche for you great performance and thank you Mr. Wilbert Audrey for not only organizing this cultural Haitian show, but also sharing our musical heritage with the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
