Haiti: Our Heritage. Our Future.

It's time to celebrate our culture and heritage! Haitian Professionals of Philadelphia (HPP) are hosting their annual Haitian Flag Day charity event on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 1pm, at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse in Philadelphia.

We will be focusing our efforts to raising awareness of the Haiti Relief Fund and all proceeds and ticket sales will go toward the HPP Relief Fund. As a guest, you can look forward to a delicious menu representative of African Diaspora and Latin American cuisine; entertainment by the group L'Ouverture featuring acclaimed vocalist, Melanie Charles and bassist, Jonathan Michel; and the collective energy of celebration of community and pride in our culture. Dynamic speakers will share their words of wisdom as well as Proclamations and citations from Philadelphia city officials will be shared.

Please join us as we celebrate the resiliency of ancestors and commemorate the events that gave birth to the first modern Black Republic!

Tickets to the charity event range from $25-100. Learn more about our HPP Relief Fund.
