Noel & Cecibon Productions, in association with C.A.M. Transfer, Rhum Bakara, and American Airlines, are proud to present The 15th Annual Haitian Compas Festival on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Bayfront Park Amphitheatre in Downtown Miami. For the past fifteen years, the Noel & Cecibon team has worked persistently to provide a platform where Haitians living all over the world can come and celebrate Haiti's Flag Day. This year's show is sure to be a milestone event for the Haitian Community.
For the fifteenth consecutive year, the Haitian Compas Festival is bringing Compas bands together from all over the world including New York, Boston, Paris, Canada, and Haiti. This year's Compas Festival will once again feature the Haitian Music Industry's top bands including: CaRiMi, Djakout, Kreyol La, Nu Look, Gabel, Brother's Posse, Zenglen, Tropicana, Klass, Suav Mizik and DISIP. Solo acts will include JPerry and Belo. The legendary Emeline Michel will also grace the stage in what is sure to be an incredible performance. In addition, the show will highlight some of the industry's top DJs: DJ Stakz, DJ Untouchable, DJ Tony Mixx, and DJ 5etwal. The show will be hosted by fan favorites Haitian comedian Kako and 99 Jamz's DJ Griot.
The Haitian Compas Festival draws over 30,000 people to Miami during Haitian Flag Day weekend. In addition to the festival, there will be an incredible host of events before and after the big show that will have fans captivated the entire weekend. The Kick-Off and After Parties are a staple for fans who want to be immersed in the South Florida nightlife as they celebrate their Haitian culture.
