"What about Love?" is a multi-cultural/Haitian-American film loosely base on the classic tragedy of ShakespeareaE™s "Romeo and Juliet." Set in South Florida, the film dramatizes the story of two political exiled Haitian families, the LaGuerre and the LeRoie. Once joined by idealism and prosperity for a better country, Haiti, the two families are now separated by misguided deeds and goals. Lives are destroyed in each familyaE™s quest for political power. From these feuding families, a son (Noah) and daughter (Arielle) fall in love, and share an unfortunate fate.
As a corollary, the film also explores the concept of aEoeloveaE as a commodity to be traded and used as a means to achieving ones goal.
