Re: HAITIAN MOVIE - "DIVISION"
Dear Mr. Bien-Aime:

As you already know, from my previous conversation with you, I represent the legal interests of Mr. Anrino Destinoble in all matters involving the above-referenced movie.

I have recently had a long meeting with Mr. Destinoble, the summary of which I want to share with you.

Mr. Destinoble have considered all the factors involved in his prior professional dealing with you or your company, in the course of your directing the movie, and after.

He has decided to maintain his prior decision to end the business relationship.

Per contract, you have been paid $9,800.00 representing the fair market value of your services to date. Mr. Destinoble will not make any claim against this money.

However he needs you to immediately forward any and all tape recordings in your possession to him. He has decided to hire another professional to edit the movie to allow him to proceed to a showing within a reasonable time.

I believe this to be a fair way to resolve this impasse and prevent a potential financial disaster.

I remain open to discuss the matter with you or your attorney at anytime you wish to call.

Very truly yours,

Kerby Roberson
