Concerns about the time of concert

I have a couple of concerns.

1. What time is last call in Gwinnett County?

2. Will the band be playing until 6 AM?

I am asking this is because I've been to an event at this location, in this particular county, and the party/event ended between 3:30 - 4 am.

3. Please answer honestly, because your reputation is on the line.
