Understand your fustration

I understand your fustration my friend, as a Promotor it get very fustrated at time when dealing with those bands, you have to understand 95% of the time its not the promotor's fault, at the same time as promotors we have to the blame ourself because its our responsibily to get the venue starting on time. One of the main problem I think we have is that we have way too many so-call promotor where those bands are in such high demand so promoters are not willing to take charge because of fear of loosing the band for next gigs. As a promoter my job is to provide the best of customer service to all my customers and because of all of the things I describle above it get very hard at time, I think the best way to solve this problem is to start holding the bands accountable if you sign a contract to be here at 10:00, at 10:00 p.m you need to be on stage playing not 12 or 1p.m
