Dear Marabou7,
I'm not sure what happen on Oct.1st, however, there could be a number of reason as to why Nu-Look didn't perform on Oct.1st.I would suggest you contact the promoter.

As a promoter, I can tell you not to listen to hearsay or gossip as people tend to make things up just to be sadistic and straight up evil.
