Event Details

On Monday, May 22, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced their decision to extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitian immigrants for six months. Local and national organizations from across the country have called on the Trump administration to extend TPS for a minimum of 18-months. The announcement has left Haitian TPS recipients in a state of shock and worry as they foresee and uncertain future. Please join us for a community town hall to inform TPS recipients and the broader community about the current state of immigration for Haitian immigrants.
