I want to know if there are others out there who are interested in approaching production of Kompa/Hip Hop or other styles.
I
am a someone with a day job but I'm interested in pursuing what I believe to be a potential market for this style; especially with the growing Haitian/American Hip-Hop kids growing up in the U.S. Djakout, I believe, is very much on top of this and maybe we can follow their lead. I'm interested in the Creole style, of course (I was born in Haiti myself).
I'm not a young man; but young at heart.
I live in Brooklyn and basically have a basement full of vinyls and dj'ing equipment.
