I also think we have reached what is called the "performing stage" of Group Dynamics.
There's four stages "forming, storming, norming and performing".
The forming stage is when we came in sizing up the topic, but standing by our own opinions ...
The storming stage is when we started to do battle ...
The norming stage was when some opinions were being accepted but?
and last but not least the performing stage ...
we're at a respectful level and accept each others opinions, we agree on some things we didn't in the begining and have somewhat met in the middle on the topic.
This has been a great forum, to the point that we started moving towards poetry that talks about our respective needs and the whys of this thing.

I really enjoyed it. I could see us all sitting somewhere together just going at it on an issue (smile) ...
Though the topic was nothing serious like solving world hunger or bringing peace back to Haiti, it was definitely great to see how Haiti's sons and daughters have turned out.
You all are very articulate and seem to be out there doing your thing ...
Though this may seem like a goodbye response, it's not, but rather my opportunity to recognize a beautiful thing.
