Explain to me that part Lavie

Lavie, I read your thread and I want you to help me understanding other carry-ons in the Haitian culture.

First of all, I was born and raised in Guadeloupe, my father is Haitian and I am proud of my Haitian side because I believe Haitian people are the least dangerous people on this earth.

In fact most of my best love relationships have been with Haitian women.

I moved in the states 15 years ago to join my dad and I want to know “Lavie” your point of view in this: why Haitian women can let go a relationship when it is over. Why most of Haitian women (married or not) have no resistance whatsoever when it comes to their ex-boyfriends.

I dated this Haitian girl for 2 years (serious relationship I can say (joint credit card, bank account together although we were not leaving together), she was very jealous throughout the whole thing and one day we were leaving a club and a few girls standing outside were making comments about me that I am well dressed and cute (to this I smiled but not to the extent of blushing) and going to my car that was right up front of the club, I forgot to open the door for her. She was very quiet as we were driving back to her place and I apologized numerous times of my shortcomings and she seems Ok. When I reached home, I have a long message in my answering machine saying “I do not think this thing will work out, I’m out of this, good Luck”.

I had exams the next day (I went out with her because she insisted that night, I should have stayed home and focus on my exams in the first place) so I decided to go study after calling her 10 times that night and she choose to not answer.

The next day, I had 2 boxes in my front door (you guess already their contents, common pictures where she used a magic marker to remove her face, gifts, jewelry, anniversary cards...

the whole nine yards).

I went to her house the following night and she did not want to talk about it…as I was leaving I wanted to hear something and told her that she forgot to return my favorite picture (my mom visiting the states, me, and my dad) and to my surprise she blew up and said…oh yeah…watch this and she went to her dresser, remove the picture and put it right to a live candle light that was burning some essence/oil and burn it right in front of me…and she goes…I was burning this oil for my peace of mind now you and your parents messed the energy I was getting from the original smell (she referred to the paper burning smell mixing with her oil smell) .

I was shocked…and felt that she just killed me and was speechless.

I left quietly and did not hear from her for 5 years (give and take she was fair in the handling of the credit card, but the $2100 that we had in the bank was gone) and through a friend later on I heard she got married and had a baby girl. One day, I went to a hospital to see a co-worker and as I was seating inside joking with my friend, here comes the nurse to check on him and you guess it right that was my ex. We talked outside for 10 minutes the room and she told me she is happily married, have a beautiful daughter, her man is this, her man is that, he is someone I can never match in all aspects, she is very very happy and she wished that she had taken the day off so she will not see me, please stay away from me, do not want to see you again and she goes on and on…I took it as a man and let her finish and as she was leaving like to tell me I do not want to hear your side…I said to her that you talk the whole time…can you please give one minute and she said go ahead..I have to get back to work …and I told her: I am very happy for her, I wish she did not compare me with her man since I believe that I am unique, I do want to say that I’m sorry for what I did to her consciously and unconsciously, maybe it was the best since she claimed that she had reached the level of happiness that I could not give her…once again, I’m really sorry and I am thinking that her happiness should allow her to accept it this time…by the way if she wants to know, I’m married, I have a daughter as well and I am happy as well and I joked that I am also happy I am not the guy in the hospital bed because I would have felt very uncomfortable being treated by someone who dislikes me so much…and she kind of laugh and said…”very funny”…a little bit bigger smile and she said Bye. I went back to my friend room and later on left. I came back 3 days later and saw her…we talk a little bit, I can tell she was more relieved and we talked 2 more times within the same week on the phone using the hospital phone and since I work 20 minutes from the hospital we agreed that we can have lunch one day. We went to Ruby Tuesday and we talked and joked about a few things of our past and ….surprise..surprise as I was walking her to her car as and saying Thank you for giving me the opportunity to bring closure to this, she looked at me like I missed something and her face showed the same old expression that I know of her when she is ready to kiss me and I approached her and kiss her in the cheeks and she invited me to come inside her car where we kissed more and more. The rest is history (Hotel…frequent stops at my office for more…and excellent blow j?b (oral se?) here and there, swallowing my stuff like a daily needed doze. I am not PROUD of this at all, but my question to you Lavie, why someone will burn your pictures in front of you, leave you and still find a way to have sex with you 5 years later and while married and happily..so she said..

I have plenty of friends from Haiti (men some married some not) that are having sex continuously with ex-girldfriends (some married some not) and one of my friend joked the other day that having an ex girl friend Haitian is a life time lease of the PUS?y in 90% of the cases…Aren’t why cheating is so easy in our culture, the ex to ex is the source of over 75% of cheating in our culture.

Tell me Lavie why most of our sisters do not consider having sex with an ex boyfriend as cheating?

Sorry for being so long, just wanted to make a point that Haitian sisters value their PU?Sy only when they are virgin, once this thing is popped the resistance to a man (I would say an ex) goes with it. I would tend to think they do better with new encounters, but only Haitian women went out to have sex with an ex or others when she is mad with her husband so to make him pay…How silly and stupid is that?...

do not hide Lavie, get back to me without emotion this time?
