I try to go to all the Haitian shows.
I got to this one and my friends and I were the only Haitians there.
That's sad. I have to admit though, this kid Konpe Kann is bad. All the talk about King Posse!
Please, compared to Konpe Kann those cats don't even come close.
This Haitian kid is the real thing.
He performed in front of an all white American crowd.
The people there did not even understand what he was saying, but they loved it. He had women dancing to his music.
Little kids were rushing the stage to get a good look at him. He only performed 3 songs, but the people there wanted him to do more. Do not fall asleep on this kid. As a Haitian I was proud because he was a able to make a crowd of people, who have no idea what he was saying appreciate him. That's a plus for us all Haitian people.
You heard it here fist, Konpe Kann will be one of the biggest Haitian artist in the years to come. I guarantee it. Why?
Because you cannot keep real talent down. So big up to Konpe Kann, and I wish him much success in the years to come!
