My heart and prayers go out to all Haitians affected by this earthquake.
I would like to thank all the citizens of the world for their support and humanity toward Haiti and its people in this time of need, excluding of the world's famous clowns with power of the microphone (Cough Fembot, Pattie Fagbinson for their comments).
We have many examples on successful nations upon which we can model our reconstruction project of rebuilding Haiti.
I propose the following: 1.a building infrastructure like Florida and California to prevent this magnitude of this desaster. 2. Systematically decentralize Port-au-prince where all nine departments have major Hospitals, schools (Universities), prisons, government office builings, Mayors, electricity, water, urban stores, roads, (At least 5 Major Airports).
3. Partner with China to develop our agriculture industry.
4.The goverment should inspect all building and demolish poorly built and located ones to urbanize Haiti.5.We need a stronger police force and bring back the army, not for the purpose of coup but to deal with natural disasters such as this one, and reinforce the police.
I support Commisioner Robert Kelly of NYC to be our consultant if he will be so kind to take that job. 6. We have to deal with our indebted situation to free ourselves from foreign rules and ill-policies; Let's face it many of them that are there to help us have been working against our progress through the funding of coup, providing illegal weapons to special groups, weakening the government's ability to help its people, misinformation, lending money to dictators and illegitimate goverment officials, using the country as their human labs to test new drugs, and dealing with yes sir aka "Poupe Twal" Presidents. 6. No excuse for constant electricity like it was when Duvalier was there, but do not run the country as such (That was for you Makout nan closet yo).
7. Encourage business to factories in Haiti, not just selling us cell phones. 8. We need to make official it to learn a new language, let say Spanish no French please; that is not working for us at all. 9. Put all convicted criminals such as zenglo do, murdeers, kidnape to hard labor work in the country side to pick up keneps, mangos, lemons, limes.
9. We need the creation of an emergency response team and a functional fire department.
Now what do you think we need to do to rebuild and Modernize Haiti.
