You were the only person to say something nice about us. It's funny how when you're going thru something with one person, you automatically categorize everyone with the same background the same.
With that said, Maggy, it's not a haitian man thing.
It's just a thing with your man. you are not doing something right and he had to resort to cheating to fulfill it.

1. Because they had the option. 2. It boost their ego. 3. You grow apart.
4. You argue a lot. 5. He's fallen out of love. 6.Your sex life sucks.
7. To get revenge. 8. It's new, different and exciting. 9. To see if they can get away with it. 10. Because you have allowed it the past.
If you have forgiven a cheating man a couple of times, they're more than likely going to cheat again because they already know if they plea enough, you will forgive them. Reasons why haitian men cheat can be more complex than the above list or even a combination of a few different reasons.
Nevertheless, no reason is good enough reason to lie and be dishonest.
After all, like they always say " All Men Are Dogs".
If a man has a disinterested partner or isn't getting enough sex to fufill him, there is a good chance he will have an affair.
It takes a little bit of effort to keep your sex life from getting boring and non-existent.
Some men cheat because they want to try new sexual things that their current partner will not try. At last, once a man start cheating he has to cover his tracks by lying and manipulative behavior.

Sweetheart, it is only because we (as haitian women) allowed them to mistreat us or disrespect us like so. I know some women will say that it was like that with their grandmothers and mothers; but it does not have to be this way. This is the 21st century, our lives are different.
Our worth is not determined by the man we have. Ladies start by working on one's self esteem, and you will see, you will not accept anything less.

Well, how many wife you think his sons would've had, and his grand son. It's call genetic chains...
Men always had the need for more than one woman.
Besides, I'm tired of all the haitian men bashing.
The women do it too if not worse.
On another note there is an estimated 10:1 ratio men to women, if every man stayed with one woman, what would you like the other women to do?

Why don't you try men from different cultures if you want change and are sick and tired of their games.
It's in their blood to treat their own wome like trash but treat outside women like queens.
Our Haitian men are not afraid to try Latinas and Americans yet Haitian women are afraid to go outside of their race. Ha!

Maggy you are right my husband is haveing sex using know protection and the woman is married and has children by another man while married to her husband.
She is with that husband now. I went and got tested for everything> Thank God I am ok.
