I am somewhat disappointed by your views.
I am a white man dating a lovely Haitian woman and the fact that we are from different race never really came into deciding if we should pursue the relationship.
How are we to say how love will enter into one's life?
I find our relationship refreshing and exciting and I am quite happy with her. I am aware of the wrongs done by the white people in the past and Haitians should be proud to have acheived their independence.
Does that mean that we should never respect each other?
I hope not.
