I have to say that finding authentic good carribean is not that difficult nowadays however finding one that not only serves good food but has an excellent ambiance and great customer serivce with a smile is difficult but these are things you will find here at "Casa Chanpet"!
They also have a stage in the dining room for live music which is played in the evenings.

The location is also great as they are located on Pines Blvd and University (same plaza as Lowe's).

Upon entering the large wooden doors and into the seating area you will be impressed!

This place serves Haitian & Hispanic food and you will see the diversity within the crowd!

I have tried the griot (fried pork), legume (a beef and vegetable stew), and boulet (fried meatballs) and all dishes were excellent!
