Promoting Health in Haiti, Inc. invites you to an event to launch
"Adopt-A-Nurse-For-Haiti" on Friday, November 9, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
Join us for a wine tasting and special performance by the NYC Labor
Chorus, plus have the opportunity to purchase beautiful Haitian art
for the cause.

Cost: $50 per person

Includes: Wine Tasting, Light Refreshments and Performance

Seating is limited, so pre-registration is encouraged!

Haiti desperately needs skilled nurses. For every $5,000 we raise,
Haiti will receive one more highly trained nurse who will be able to
provide medical care and educate more Haitian nurses. Eighty-seven
percent of all health care in rural Haiti is provided by nurses or
nurses aides who do not have the proper training to provide the care
they are asked to give. With your help, we can help reduce the high
rates of maternal and infant mortality, provide care to the elderly
and care to prevent and treat diabetes and infectious diseases. Your
dollars will not only support the nurse's education, but will improve
the lives of the hundreds of patients she cares for over her career.
