This is a great idea to have a Haitian konpa festival in santo domingo.

since we are neighboring countries this will give the dominicans a chance to get to know us

Hatian 101, let's face it the money that the Dominican Republic will gain from this festival will go to good use benefiting the beautiful Island that I often enjoy my timeshare in. If this event was sponsored in Haiti the money will only be scrounged in non-beneficial ways. I really regret saying this but it is a true
